Detailed Information About Projects

Website Pricing

I understand how important it is to know the final cost of a project in advance. That’s why we will always agree on a fixed price for the website before starting. This price is final. Even if the development takes longer than expected, you will not be charged anything extra.

How are the prices calculated?

My approximate hourly rate is CZK 500/hour. Since I work with fixed prices, the actual time spent on a project can vary. On request, I can let you know how many hours I dedicated to your project.

Deposit

Before I begin work, I require a deposit. The deposit amount is determined individually, but it is usually 33% of the total project price.

Contract Signing

Once we agree on the scope and price, we will sign a service contract. Based on that, I will issue an invoice for the deposit. Work on the website begins once the deposit is paid.

Website Development Process

You will receive regular updates about the progress of the development. I’ll inform you about what has been completed and whether everything meets your expectations. This gives you the chance to suggest any necessary changes early on.

In some cases, I can temporarily host the website so you can test it yourself. However, this depends on the technical setup. If the site requires integration with third-party services, temporary hosting may not be possible.

Final Payment

Once the website is completed, I will issue an invoice for the remaining amount. After payment, you will receive access to the source code via my Client Panel and a self-hosted Gitea instance. The code will remain available there for at least 365 days. I still recommend downloading and backing it up locally.
